I am in the process of moving and establishing a new photo/video studio. Things are progressing nicely in my little world, which is becoming not so little. Hehe. I am enjoying the exposure and support.

I have been inspired by the new challenge to do Star Wars art, and am looking for more models to put together a Star Wars shoot/series. I have always wanted to do this, and started last year with one of my models, but it's time to kick into high gear.

My current ladies are mostly busy with college, though one will coming back for a new shoot soon; hopefully later this week in, preparation for the next phase of our work together. She has a lot of potential, and I am hoping to iron out and contract for a web site and book cover deal this week and then hire her to do the photo art for it.

I'm also creating an empowered relationship training program as a coach and therapist, for which I will be creating tasteful nude couple art for the cover photos and promo materials.

I have also been playing with new styles and techniques to speed up my work with models who prefer to remain anonymous. Blurring is easier than some of the other techniques I was using. Sometimes I over-complicate things, but I'm learning and growing and that's what matters.

<3 you all. If you know of any good easy-going models in my area, please refer me. I'm looking for my next muse. The ladies I am working with are good, but don't have a lot of time or creativity and experience. I need someone with bold style and spunk.

I have a lot of work from multiple shoots (over a thousand photos!) I took over the last few years which I haven't finished processing. I was working primarily with an amateur model who didn't want to be identifiable, even under an alias; so I have to Photoshop out the background/room in most shots and blur her face elegantly in others; and it's quite time consuming. I wasn't getting paid for my work: as I was doing this independently in trade for the experience since I'm new to this level of Nude work. I did a lot of experimenting with lighting, poses etc.

So, I haven't been able to afford to take much time away from my other work to process the photos. Adult art is a hobby for me right now until I get my mainstream photography and other work to a level at which I can afford to put more time into this, which I actually anticipate may come within the next month. I'm still coming out of retirement, so my income isn't up to a comfortable level yet.

However, a member of my global network likes what I'm doing in other areas so much he bought me a mobile studio kit; green screen and lights included! So, I may be doing work with other models soon on which I should have little or no editing to do, as I have gotten pretty good with lighting and posing over the last few years of experimenting. I also got a better camera (16mp with better zoom) which even records high resolution HD Video (1920 x 1080); so I'm planning to film video shoots as well, as I like what I have seen from other artists on here!
That should be pretty neat with the new studio kit.  That DOES suck with the model makes it harder to post things in general.  I hate when people do that to be honest because then it limits the shoot experience.  have you tried model mayhem to try and get some models?

Yes, it has slowed my work down to have models who desire anonymity.

I created a profile there, but they didn't seem to like it being both a modeling and photography profile; so I'm going to either just do the photographer profile or two separate profiles, as I enjoy being both in front of and behind the camera.
